Remove irrelevant reasons that don't apply to your store or product line. This helps streamline the cancellation process, making it more relevant and concise.
To adjust it please click "Settings" and find "Cancellation Flow"

Enable or Disable the Comment Field

For example, if a customer selects "Too expensive" as a reason, their comment might elaborate with something like, "I found a similar product for a lower price." Hide the comment field if you prefer a quicker, more streamlined cancellation process without collecting additional feedback. This can reduce friction for customers looking for a simple and fast way to cancel.
Also you can edit the message which is sent to the customers when their subscription is cancelled
To adjust it please click "Settings" and find "Notifications"
and then "Subscription cancelled"
Here you can fully edit your message that your customers will see after cancelling the subscription.
