How to change the sender's email address in notifications?

By default, the RecurrinGO! Subscriptions app uses no-reply@recurringo.com to send email notifications to your customers. In case merchants use the default sender's email, replies go to the email address indicated in their Shopify admin.

You can change the default email so that your customers could receive email notifications from your company's name. This tip will allow you to increase brand awareness.

To change the sender’s email, follow the instructions below.

In the app admin, go to Settings > Notifications. Click the Change email button near the Sender email.



In the popup, type the email you want to use for sending notifications to your customers and click Change email



You’ll receive the Amazon verification link to the specified email. Click the link to finish settings.

Refresh the page to see the changes. Please note that sometimes it takes about an hour for changes to apply. In this case, you’ll see the Awaiting verification message.
